I started triple jumping and high jumping in 2018. I have been in love with jumping since the first day. I have an aspiration to compete at the collegiate level, as well as compete at Worlds. I know that participating in collegiate sports is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life.
Until recently, I was self-taught. I am currently training with the USATF Virginia Association President, Maurice Hutton, as well as Olympic Coach, Aaron Gadson. I am a team leader and try to lead by example. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working recruits in the Nation.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also volunteer at the local Iberville Christian Center as a youth leader. I am a cheerleader, BETA member, and member of the MSA East student government.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the track. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I aspire to use my college platform as motivation to all up and coming female athletes, letting them know that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.
