I started running track in 6th grade. I started long jump my Freshman year, and fell in love with it. I did high jump for two years in middle school. I switched from high jump to long jump. I started running with my dad when I was 5 years old, that sparked my interest in running. I continued to run after my parents got divorced and I moved in with my mom. I always push myself to my limits every time I run. When both my parents died it fueled me to run even harder for them. To make them proud. Every time I run, I run for them.
Track has taught me that you should never give up, and if you keep putting in the effort you will make it. I want to stay on the honor roll for my last two years of high school, I also want to get all four years perfect attendance. I want to study psychology when I got to college, I have always been interested in how the mind works. I would also love to go into journalism, I have always loved to write, and would want to further that and see where it could go. I have always loved learning new things. That's why i want to get all four years of perfect attendance so I can get everything that they can teach me into my brain. I pay attention in class always. I am always trying my hardest. I speak my mind when I feel like it needs to be heard. I am always writing or trying my hardest to improve my writing. I love writing short stories. I push myself, most times, past my limits and pay for that later.
