How I became interested in track is when I ran in 7th grade and I found it a way of relief and stress free. It helped me become more confident in myself. My childhood wasn’t filled with fun trips to disney or vacation to florida every year and because of that it taught me that I need to work for things and not everything is going to be handed to me. In high school my goal is to raise my gpa and how i’m doing that is completing all assignments and working hard on quiz/tests, making sure I average a b per class. For college my goal is to even top that and focus on my study’s even more. I had to over come many obstacles which include laziness, off days and some hard days where it was mentally challenging to get up. Some unique characteristics/skills I have are how I approach things. This may not be unique but not many people look at things the way I do. I like to see things through other people, I like to think about others and how they’d react before I do things.
