Taylor Prestridge '22 Recruiting Profile

It´s my dream to play sports in college. I recently fell in love with running distance. I joined cross country late in their season and was only able to run in six meets. In that short time, I came 3rd in state with a pr of 22:51. I did that with very little training; with training and the right coach, I think I could improve tremendously. I have a lot of raw potential and athleticism that can be of use to any team. What sets me apart from other athletes is my work ethic, leadership, and determination to improve my skills and my team. While I haven´t been running for a long time, my work ethic is apparent in all areas of my life. For most of my high school career, I´ve put in extra work and practice for basketball and academics. I promise my determination and work ethic will carry over to a track/cross country team as well.
