LayaLeone Slaughter '22 Recruiting Profile

I want to become a U.S. Marshal, that is what I want and plan to achieve in the future. I believe that I am a good candidate for any college team because I am very committed to the sport I do and I can do anything and everything I put my mind to. What makes me different is that I never quit, yes I have little problems that I can fix along the way but I a willing to do better for my future and myself and push myself, everything is hard at the beginning but when the end comes I am way better and more skilled than before. Academically I struggle but I will never let my grades affect me from not running because I believe if you really want to do something you would be responsible and take care of yourself and stay on top of yourself to not let your grades fall behind. I will balance my sports, life and school to do what I love to do.
