3000m Dual Meet S...Personal Statement
I have been running since 7th grade I am now entering my junior year. I didn't do sports when I was younger so running just so happen to be the clear choice. I plan on applying to both the Naval and Air Force Academy but I am also interested in looking for backup colleges.
I have a quick start in the beginning of all my races. I try to lead by example. I am very coachable and strive to be my best mentally and physically.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also participate in NJROTC along with my schools National Honor Society.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and especially on the track. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my mother proud.
