Serafina Lavallee '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Serafina Lavallee, I am a junior at Pelham Memorial High School and I love to run. I'm a three season distance runner. I've been running since 4th grade. Growing up in running, I have learned the importance of hard work and discipline, and I have seen results when I listen to my coaches and other accomplished athletes. This past year I have worked hard to cut minutes off my times, and have benefited from focusing my efforts on building strength and consistency.  I especially love being part a team where we work together to bring each other up to our fullest potential. Cheering on my teammates and celebrating our victories together is one of my favorite experiences. I hope to unlock more potential in college.
