Goals and Aspirations:
In the future, I want to major in dentistry and become an orthodontist. I hope to run D1 and go to a big university. More towards sports, I want to participate in either cross country or track. I want to have a positive impact on the team as early as my freshman year. My biggest goal is to do great in the sport i do and maintain my grades in academics.
Why would I be a good candidate for the team:
I am a very coachable athlete. I go to practice eager to become better. I would describe myself as a self-driven athlete who thrives for perfection. I love to be given challenges; even if I don't reach them, I continue to work harder with a positive attitude. I focus on what i need to improve and I give my all during races. Before every race i say to myself "If you believe it, you can achieve it" and it motivates me to do better.
What makes me different?
I started running as a sport last spring. Now this will be my 3rd season running, and also my 3rd season being on varsity. Before running, i was on varsity soccer, I did soccer for 3 years. I run on and off season to stay in shape and be prepared for next season, even if it has to be after practice. I do my best in school, My highest grade this year is in English with a 114% and also student of the month for that class.
