Personal Statement
The highlight of my athletic career was my first year running cross country. I started out being a mediocre runner getting decent times but I kept pushing myself to improve. By the end of the season, I was the top female cross country runner on my team. Since then I have craved improvement and continued work to attain my goals. I have been running since I was in seventh grade and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon, going on to better myself in college.
I would like to find a school that fits my athletic as well as my academic needs. I’m interested in majoring in environmental science or forestry in college, then going on to be a park ranger. I believe that with my athletic and academic abilities I could be a great fit for your team!
