Went to state track my sophomore year and placed 6th at state for the class b high school girls high jump. this year for my junior year Im a migrant student so I migrate from ND to Tx every single year. I live in ND for 8 months and live in Tx for 4 months. I know it’s super confusing but I’m used to it. My junior year I started track at veterans memorial high school which is in mission TX. I have improved a lot from last years record. my PR was 5’2in for HJ. I was doing really well I was about to compete at regionals but the corona came and cancelled everything; I was so sad but we all had to go through it. Anyways I have always loved high jumping. I don’t know what it is about it, but I just feel so excited to do it I LOVE IT! you might not think I’m good for u since it’s not a super tall height but I have a lot of heart at least that’s what my coaches say and I put in lots of hard work and dedication to high jumping and school. I always try to keep my grades up. and I know if I train hard and work on my form I will get to clear those higher heights. so please consider me as a student on your recruiting list. Being a migrant student is pretty challenging but I learn how to manage and be independent
