I am very interested in running track at the college level. Unfortunately, I missed my entire sophomore track season due to Covid-19. I am a multi-sport athlete who was a state champion in tennis during the 2020 season. Our tennis team won the 2021 state tournament. I am a state champ in singles at flight 5 and my partner and I took second in doubles. I had a 28-0 record in singles. Athletics is very important to me and has allowed me to grow in confidence and self discipline. I have two older brothers that are entering their senior season of college football and my father was a two sport college athlete.
Academics is very important to me as I am interested in entering the field of medicine. Excelling academically and athletically have been my priorities in high school. My work ethic, competitiveness, and mental toughness are what separates me from the rest of my peers. I am not afraid to work hard both on the playing field and in the classroom. My coach-ability and ability to receive constructive criticism has allowed me to excel this past junior season in tennis and into my 2021 track season. I believe that my work ethic, competitiveness, and coach-ability will allow me to excel in college and achieve record setting success.
