Emma Gives '23 Recruiting Profile

I started throwing in seventh grade and I absolutely fell in love with the sport. Track and field is a passion of mine now and I take it very seriously,  if given the opportunity to compete at the college level it would be a dream come true. Also, I have recently started to learn how to throw hammer and weight. My goal is to one day be in the Olympics and represent my country with pride, and hopefully the college I decide can help me achieve this. Off of the field I play volleyball for a club and volunteer at my church by helping to provide childcare during the service on Sundays. I also help my parents run their bakery when I can be of assistance which has helped me develop a lot of social skills and responsibility. These skills have helped me come a long way in the sport and I continue to progress more and more everyday. My family tells me that I'm a hard worker and that I can do anything I set my mind to, including throwing at your college. Hearing back from any of you would be such a blessing and hopefully I can become a part of your program soon!
