From the time I ran down the runway at my first Junior High meet, setting the school pole vault record, to now, where I am narrowing in on my High School's record, I consistently showcase my speed, body control, and pure determination to perfect the craft. I grew up a gymnast, played soccer, softball, and even basketball a season or two, but my love for pole vault has taken over as an obsession and goal to compete at the higher level, specifically college.
My unique experiences across various sports solidified my understanding of what it takes to be an athlete who competes individually while also contributing to the broader team. I have the heart, the will, and the strength at my core, and I challenge myself daily to learn, develop, grow, and imagine the possibilities – both athletically and academically. I dream of being a psychologist one day, to help people be their best selves, so finding the right school, right athletic program, and right coaching staff is imperative to reach my goals.
I look forward to exploring my options, finding that right fit, and one day soon contributing to your program and school as a student-athlete. I know I have the talent to compete at the next level and, equally important, the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.
