Hallie Collins '27 Recruiting Profile

Running is my happy place. The track is where I feel at home and I love the various courses when running cross country. I have been the only Varsity cross country athlete at my school for the past two seasons, but I look forward to next season knowing I have other athletes hoping to compete as well. I love putting in the hard work and then when it's time to compete you get to see the results of your hard work. 

I have high hopes of competing at the collegiate level in track as well as cross country. My ultimate goal is to compete at the Olympics. I know the road will be tough, but I know if I set my sights high there is no telling what I am capable of. Along with running I also compete in pole vault during the track season. I am blessed with a family that fully supports my commitment to athletics as well as my academics. I know to be able to compete I must stay focused in the classroom as well. I am currently ranked at the top of my class in academics. I am excited to see my improvement in the next couple of years as I get closer to graduating high school and continuing my running career in college.
