Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Hallie Collins and I am out of the 2027 graduating class. I am a track/field athlete as well as a cross country runner. I also play setter for my high school volleyball team. I am currently ranked at the top of my class in academics.
I won the 2023 TAPPS 1A Cross Country State Championship in 2023 as a freshman. I was the only Cross Country athlete for my entire high school. During track in 2024, at the TAPPS State Meet I finished 2nd in Pole Vault, 3rd in the 800m, 4th in the 400m, and 3rd in the 1600m.
Running is my happy place. My goal is to run track at the collegiate level and I even have dreams of competing in the Olympics one day as well. I look forward to speaking with you about my future with your school.
