Leanne Burke '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Leanne Burke, and as a track athlete, I am very determined, competitive, positive, and hardworking. My goals are supported by my amazing family, coaches, and friends whom I am very grateful for. I aspire to become a successful college athlete, and hope to make my family and future coaches proud. Thanks to my club teams during the summer, I don't only have the privilege to practice, but also to compete all year long. With a 4.0 GPA in both of my high school and early college program courses, I believe that the term "student-athlete" should not be taken lightly, and should always be prioritized. I strive to make a great effort to improve myself and my teammates through each race, and to hopefully better each of our futures.
