Ever since I started track as a 7th grader, I have known that this is the sport that I was meant to commit myself to. I tried other sports and they just felt like chores, but track made me feel like myself, gave me motivation to keep my grades up and to be the best person I could be. Running was never a problem for me because while other people find it boring and a waste of time, I enjoy every part of what I do, including 300 meter hurdles and pole vault. I commit any and all extra time I have to track, but I also make sure to keep up on my class work and other important things in my life. I am very open to constructive criticism, and I am very coachable. I am an extremely dedicated, hard working, and caring person, and I am always on time.
