My passion is for running and strive to improve on any event I am competing in. I started running in 7th grade in track & field and took on cross country my 8th grade year. Coming from a smaller district, I have sought out additional training by joining a summer Elite Track Team to help challenge me at a higher level, and with tougher competition to improve my overall strength, times & running ability.
I am often told I am coachable. I have a strong desire to improve and be my best in both academics and athletics. I face challenges head on and often with a smile on my face. I seek out the why's to better to understand the science & technique to make a difference in my performance. I am known to be laser focused on my goals & make best efforts to make them a reality.
I am involved in a variety of extra-curricular activities to keep me well rounded and competitive. My desire is to balance my studies in Business or Communications, while being a competitive collegiate runner. I have likings in both cross country and track & am committed to being a strong force on your team.
