I have goals to compete in track and field in track and field at the college level, but at a college that challenges me to do better not only athletically but academically. As a junior I have a 4.19 GPA and a 3.92 UW GPA. I also take Honors and AP courses to receive college credit. Although I only started running the 100m and the 4x1 in track and field during the outdoor season of my sophomore year, I plan to continue running my junior and senior year. Also during that season our 4x1 girls team managed to place third at regionals and continue onto states during our schools inaugural year. With the little time I have spent doing this sport I have become very passionate about continuing this at the college level. Prior to track and field I have 4 years experience in gymnastics and one year of experience in volleyball. However, right now my main focus is track. I do believe I have room for improvement but with time and heavy dedication I can make the most out of myself.
