Personal Statement
I want to take running as far as I can, continuing to be on a team after high school. I have raced against people who have such amazing athletic abilities but I can overpower them with a strong mindset. I have learned to balance a good GPA through running. I’m motivated in everything I do, and want to continue to keep moving forward. I have had many great opportunities with running. I started practicing with the high school team when I was only in middle school. I have learned whoever is willing to put in the work great things will come. I have received varsity letters in both xc and track. My goal is to keep showing what I’m capable of.
