Grafton Regionals...Personal Statement
COMMITTED TO UW MILWAUKEE - DECEMBER 2024
Some characteristics that define me are: dedicated, passionate, competitive, resilient and positive. My junior season wrapped up with a 4th place finish at the state meet and being named the MVP of the girl's team. This season I broke the girls pole vault record by vaulting 11' 9". The previous record was held by my sister who had broken the school pole vault record held by my older sister.
My sophomore year I earned the award ‘Most Dedicated’ and also broke 2 school records (Indoor 60m dash and 4x4 relay). The summer after sophomore year I attended Nike Outdoor Nationals in Eugene, Oregon. It was an incredible and inspiring experience! I loved being around all the amazing athletes and competing at their stadium.
My college goals are to study nursing as well as compete on a track team. I would make a great teammate because I always show up and give my best at every practice. I also love cheering my teammates on.
