Kylie Zehren '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, 

My name is Kylie Zehren. I am a 2022, right handed pitcher athlete who loves the game of softball. On the field, I bring hard work and dedication. Being a pitcher also means you have to work outside of designated practices. You have to work that much harder to be better than the next. As a pitcher you give up your offseason and dedicate it to practicing and striving to get better.  I love it though, and I wouldn't want it any other way. 

Outside of the field , you can see me enjoying lots of time with my family. We love to go boating, snowmobiling, and or just sitting around having a conversation together! We are a  very outgoing family. We are not ones to sit on the couch and watch tv all night, but rather to be on the go. Another thing you should know about our family, is that we are so competitive.  We always strive to make the next person better. I feel like that is a great quality for someone on your team. To act as a family member on the team and push everyone to be the best they can be. 

Another place you can find me off the field is in the classroom.  I love to learn and go to school. I plan on going to college 4-6+ years with the intent on going into the medical field.  With CAPP, AP, and honors classes in my schedule, I maintain a 3.5 GPA.  May I add, I've never had a late assignment, and I put forth, as my dad says, 120% effort in both the classroom and on the field.  For these reasons, I feel that I can bring not only skill, and smarts, but also encouragement and hard work to your programs.
