Personal Statement
Running is my passion and I have been pursuing it since my freshman year of High School. I am a competitive athlete who strives to improve each year in Track & Field and Cross Country, and I always give my best performance, no matter what the outcome is. My coaches have always appreciated my coachable nature and my ability to handle intense training without any complaints. When it comes to academics, maintaining a 3.5+ GPA and a grade average of B is always my top priority. I am studious and dedicated, and I make sure that athletics never become a hindrance in my academic pursuits. I believe that my passion, dedication, and hard work make me an excellent candidate.
