Hi I’m Ella Phillips, I’ve been a sports lover and player my whole life and playing at the next level would be an amazing opportunity and something I would love to be able to do. I love to win and take games seriously. I’m a very hard working athlete and would like to consider myself humble as well, I don’t gloat or think I know better than coaches or teammates, and I would not be there to stir up drama just to play volleyball. I’m a team player and want to learn to play volleyball at the next level both mentally and skill wise. While I can’t say there’s ever been another passion before sports, I have always worked hard to get good grades grades in school, never having anything lower than a few B’s, and also make church a priority.
