My goal is to play volleyball in college while pursuing a degree in Psychology/Sociology. I was a starter in middle school but when I entered high school, there were older girls who started in the libero position. I worked very hard during the past 2 seasons, as well as in the off season to get to where I am today. I am a Junior and starting libero for my varsity team. I play club during the off-season and was fortunate to be on a travel team. I am a good student who is taking honors and AP courses and pretty much get all As with the occasional B. I am part of my school's symphonic band where I play 2 instruments.
I feel I do well juggling the demands associated with being a student athlete and can take my work ethic with me to the college level. While I like to have fun, I am a hard worker and will always push myself, and my teammates, to be the best we can be.
