Hi coaches, I really appreciate the time you took to read this. I want to say, volleyball isn't only just a sport to me, but is my passion and my whole life revolves around it. Although I have only been playing volleyball for a few years, I would like to say that my love for the sport is growing every day. I started on a JV team when I was in 7th grade and have been practicing every day since. As of right now, I stand as 5'6 and am a middle blocker and hitter. Although I am on the short side, I have been working on my vertical for years and it has given me a better chance to be the best I can. Not only have I been middle my whole experience, but I was formerly right side hitter and blocker, but got moved to middle since the team needed a middle blocker and hitter. I normally practice volleyball with my dad whom he also played in high school and has given me multiple tips on how to get better! My commitment is 100% there, I am coachable, and I will show you everything that I have learned and can do on the court as well as in school. I have been able to maintain my grades high and get all homework done and turned in on time. I am in honors and AP classes and have kept my grades high. I will show the best sportsmanship on and off the court, whether it's cheering team mates from the bench or encouraging them in school to achieve the best they can be.
