Emersyn Ebel '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello,

My name is Emersyn Ebel and I am the current Setter for Barstow High School Varsity Volleyball team and Koafa VBC-18u. On the volleyball court, I am a versatile player but my main positions are Libero/ Defensive Specialist and Setter. Growing up I have always played sports but at the age of 10 age I found my love for Volleyball and has stuck with it since. Since my Freshman year, on top of being a Varsity Volleyball player, I have also competed on the Varsity Cross Country, Varsity Basketball, and Varsity Track and Field team. Competing in multiple sports has made me very self motivated, hard working, dedicated, and driven not only on the court but in the class room. As a student athlete my goal is to always help others to play the best of their abilities and become a great leader/athlete. When I am not on the court I am focusing on my academic studies, hanging out with my family and staying fit by going for daily runs as well as working out in the gym. 

I aspire to get my degree in Kinesiology to become a Physical Education teacher to help children stay active physically and mentally. Since starting Volleyball I have always dreamed of becoming a college volleyball player and playing at the highest level of competition to be able to compete against other great athletes.
