Hello all!
My name is Dominique Velarde and I have been a greatly passionate volleyball player for 8 years now and aspire to continue playing in college. As I am now writing this, I am a sophomore (class of 2019) at a newly opened charter school named Summit Shasta in Daly City, CA. I received a 4.0 during my freshman year of high school and have actively taken part of the Leadership committee and Service Club at my school during freshman year and my sophomore year as well. I am now on my 4th year of club volleyball at San Francisco Tremors Volleyball Cub and have attended the Girls Junior National Championships 3 years in a row (12-1 National in Minnesota, 13-1 Open in Louisiana, and 14-1 American in Indiana, all with my SF Tremors teams) I also devote myself to coaching younger kids at my volleyball club during the weekends and absolutely love seeing younger girls, much like how I was, indulge themselves into the sport they and I love greatly.
