Tobi Sanders '16 Recruiting Profile

      Three of my greatest characteristics are sacrifice, loyalty, and positivity.  Below I explain how these attributes make me an asset to any team I play for.
      Sacrifice: I have the willingness to give up what I am for what WE can become.  Last year my coach moved me to setter because our team needed one and he saw me as the best man for the job.  I didn’t get to develop as a hitter for an entire season and I didn’t get the stats I wanted, but it was best for my team.  So I did it without question or complaint.
      Loyalty:  My priorities as I see them are God, family,school, and team!  I am 100% confident and comfortable with this order.
      Positivity:  One time a friend said to me, “It seems like you never have any problems.”  I laughed at this because, as you know, everybody has problems.  I just know how to deal with mine in such a way that people don’t see them as problems.  My positive outlook makes me see problems as opportunities to grow.
