Gianna Perez '24 Recruiting Profile

          Hi! My name is Gianna Perez and I'm a DS/OH for the class of 2024. This will be my fourth year of playing club volleyball at Tstreet IE and my third year playing Varsity volleyball at Glendora High School. The love I have for volleyball grows each year as I not only get the opportunity to better myself both skillfully and mentally, but I also get to lead my team and create some of the best bonds. I have the ability and skill to be a versatile player. For my club team I am a DS but can also play OH when necessary. For High School, I am mainly an OH. 

        It has always been a dream of mine to play for a competitive, high level volleyball program along with high level academic excellence. I have always been enrolled in high Honors classes and continue to do so as I also take on AP classes starting my junior year of highschool. In both sports and school, I am dedicated, hard-working, and passionate. I am a team leader that believes in leading by example and lifting up my teammates to be the best they can.  I am able to make great connections with my teammates allowing me to encourage them every chance I get. I am a very coachable player and value even the slightest bit of feedback making sure I adjust immediately. I am aware that playing at a high level takes hard work, dedication, and passion to be successful and I believe I would be a great asset to your program!
