Madison Nelson '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Madison Nelson, I am a senior at North Fork in Hotchkiss, Colorado. I have played on the varsity team since freshmen year and played in different club teams since eighth grade. During both club and school seasons, I have played as a Setter. Although I am a very versatile player, I can fill in as a defensive specialist, and a right-side hitter. I have had the opportunity to help assist coach for many different age groups of volleyball clubs and camps. Volleyball is the sport that won my heart over the many sports I have played (softball, baseball, basketball, wrestling, and soccer) in my young life. I always look forward to stepping out on the court and giving 100% for myself and most importantly my team. This year and last year I was named the head captain on the varsity team, and have achieved my name on the records banner in my school for breaking 1,000 assists in two seasons of varsity volleyball. Ultimately, I would love to be able to play the sport that won my heart over in the collegiate level.
