My name is Abigail Jhun, but I go by Abby. I’m a Libero/DS from Roswell, GA. I am a senior at Pope High School and graduating in 2023.
Although I have been playing volleyball since the 7th grade, I have the same passion for the sport as those who have played for a lifetime. To some this is considered late but for me it is further motivation to perform. I am in my 5th season playing club volleyball, I am even more driven to become the most advanced player and supportive teammate that I can be.
Off the court, I enjoy showing my creativity and leadership. I design jewelry and also volunteer at church to help with little kids. Like volleyball, both activities demonstrate my adaptability and willingness to learn.
Overall, I am interested in finding a school that has both a team with a strong sense of community and enough options to help me explore my academic interests. In turn, I hope to make a positive contribution as both an athlete and a student. I look forward to connecting with coaches to start the process of finding the college that’s just right for me.
