Aiyanie Park '23 Recruiting Profile

I thought baseball & softball was my game until I started playing competitive volleyball. I fell in love with the game instantly and was determined to excel. I’ve accomplished maintaining a 4.0/4.2 GPA throughout my high school years while playing sports and working since my junior year. Volleyball takes my mind off of school & work life. On the court, I provide dedication, support and effort within the team. Dedication is really one of the efforts that I prey at the most as I realize that if I want it, it's on me to go out there and earn that. On my off time, I  train, workout, volunteer in community service, and spend time with family. My goal is to play and experience volleyball at a collegiate level in a place where I will lead, encourage and influence the team in a positive way. My passion for sports has given me many special attributes being a team member and collaborative abilities where I have become a reliable and supportive teammate. I’m a starting utility player in club and recently took 1st in Gold in the Utah Super Regionals. I’m also a defensive specialist/libero in high school, starting my freshman year, where we took both Dll ILH league and  2019 State Championship.  I’m excited and looking forward to playing volleyball at the collegiate level as I believe volleyball to be a positive challenge and chance to socialize and meet new people as well as a chance to be part of a team.
