I started my career in volleyball 7 years ago as a ten year old in club volleyball. My mom was an all star high school volleyball player and always aspired for me to follow her footsteps in the sport she loved. I continued to play club volleyball and attended the Junior National Championships every year I played, placing fifth place or higher for four years straight.
I then played on my high schools varsity team as a Sophomore, placing second in the state, and winning the state championship my junior year as a starting outside hitter, also being recognized on the ILH honorable mention list. This year; my senior season, I'm blessed to be a starting 6 rotation outside hitter.
I have always aspired to play volleyball at the collegiate level due to the competitiveness and extremely hight skill level. I believe that if I set my mind to a goal that I want to achieve, I have the ultimate desire and work ethic to fulfill that goal. Volleyball is a very important aspect in my life and I have loved playing it ever since I have started. Being able to play at the next level would be one of the greatest opportunities given to me.
