Lilinoe Nahinu '25 Recruiting Profile

Aloha! My name is Lilinoe Malie Nahinu. I am 16 years old and I live on the beautiful North Shore on the island of Oahu with my parents.  I have one brother who is in the Navy and stationed in FL. We have two dogs Brutus and Bulla. I love to eat, travel, and go to the beach.

I started playing club volleyball at the age of 10 and traveled to Florida for the AAU Nationals that year. At that time, I realized how passionate I was about volleyball and wanting to compete at a higher level.  Volleyball has since been a constant in my life, and I have been playing both in high school and club for the past five years.  The most enjoyable moments for me have been with my team.  Learning how to overcome challenges on and off the court while having an attitude of "iron sharpens iron." Building lifelong friendships and meeting new ones along the way have been most rewarding. I am committed to working hard and I am always willing to learn new things, which is why I feel I can adapt to any team and environment.
