Noel Phillips '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a very hard worker and will practice everyday until I get the skill I stride for. When I get a skill I have always wanted, I would record myself to see how I can improve it. I believe that there will always be room for progress and improvement.  I am a very talkative person on the court and is not shy to show it. As being the court captain, I learned to never put myself first, but the team first. I have great sportsmanship and will always try to put a smile on everyone's face. I was taught to not be about yourself because volleyball is a team effort. My goal is to be able to play volleyball to the next level. To play at an intense pace. I am willing to work hard to get to where I want to be. I also strive for excellence on the court and with my academics.
