My name is Maecy Johnson. I am 5'11' and 140 pounds. I am an all-around player from Chrisman, IL with my main position being middle hitter for Chrisman High School. I first started playing volleyball in sixth grade and as a sixth grader I started on the seventh grade team and played eighth grade as well. I have played varsity since my Freshman year and have been a starter for varsity since my Sophomore year. I am also an all-around player for club, but with my main position being a setter. I have played club with Selfless Volleyball (Charleston, IL), Intensity Volleyball Club (Paris, IL) and now play for Crossroads of America (Terre Haute, IN). My two seasons playing for Intensity we brought home plaques for winning our bracket at AAU Jr. Nationals, as well as winning the Ruby bracket in the 18 club division as part of the 18-1 Cyclones team with COA.
As I enter my Senior year, my GPA is 3.4 (4.0 scale). I am interested in a career in an Agriculture Business field. I would love to continue playing volleyball as I further my education.
