Hi, my name is Caitlin Leddy, 2026 Setter/Pin. I play varsity volleyball at Hinsdale Central High School and compete on 1st Alliance 16 Gold. I'm 6ft tall with a current 9'11" vertical touch. A surprising fact about me is that I only transitioned from hitting to setting with my club about a year ago and have impressed just about every coach who has watched me. I'm a self-starter and love trying new things, so when my high school coach needed a setter and thought I have that unique touch (even as a freshman playing varsity), I jumped at the opportunity. After having played travel soccer, basketball and lacrosse, TURNS OUT, SETTING, BLOCKING, ATTACKING AND PLAYING ALL AROUND IS THE PREFECT COMBO THAT FIRES ME UP! In the coming year, you'll see explosive growth of me on the court and in the rankings. I want to join a phenomenal college volleyball program as your setter who can run a 5-1. My academic focus will be in business/entrepreneurship. I'd like to own my own business one day. What sets me apart is definitely my infectious personality on and off the court, and my ability to lift up my teammates. I like making people smile. I’m not afraid of hard work and became a certified lifeguard last year. When I'm not in the gym or on the court, you can catch me working at the pool! Thank you for your time!
