Erin Nothdorf '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches or whomever it may concern, 

My name is Erin Nothdorf and I hope that you like what you have seen of my profile so far. I have been playing volleyball since fifth grade and through hard work and dedication I have worked to get to where I am today. I was captain of my freshman volleyball team and started on varsity as a sophomore. Through being captain on my freshman team and club teams I have learned how to push my teammates to do their best and motivate them to always give 100%. What makes me a good candidate for teams is my hard work and drive to be the best player that I can be, whether it means scheduling extra gym time or always asking coaches ways that I can improve my game. What makes me different from other recruits is my performance on and off the court. I work hard and always "ball out" when I play, while maintaining great grades even while taking classes that are meant for grades a year or two above me.
