Personal Statement

Hi, my name is Riley Borrowman. I would describe myself as a focused, passionate, smart and self-driven person. I enjoy sports and have played basketball, softball and volleyball most of my life. I’ve been playing volleyball since I was in grade school and it has always been my favorite sport to play. I enjoy going to practices and games and the thought of a new season starting gets me on the edge of my seat. Outside of excelling in academics my most important goal is to be a college volleyball athlete. I enjoy spending time with my family and hanging out with my dogs. I enjoy playing 1v1 in basketball against my dad or my brother or peppering with my mom and my uncle. I am interested in studying nursing to become a nurse in a NICU to take after my aunt that I have looked up to my whole life.
