Personal Statement

My name is Abi Lane, I am 16 years old. I am currently a sophomore at Wayne City High School. I started playing volleyball when I was in 4th grade. My love for the sport began then. Unnoticed, I participated in every clinic & lesson that Kera Vinson had to offer earning a starting position for my school volleyball team. Kera later ended up being my club volleyball coach. I love hard work and I understand the dedication it takes to become a better player & teammate. I am completely dedicated to the sport and my team. I am ready to continue my volleyball career at a collegiate level. I am fully committed to my coach, team & growing as a person and athlete on and off the court.
