My name is Mya Olvera. I am the oldest daughter out of six. I joined my Catholic school volleyball team in 5th grade. I was a natural for never playing before. I love playing a lot of sports but I found a passion for playing volleyball more than any other sport. My parents encourage me every step of the way and remind me how volleyball can build me to be whoever I want to be as I grow. I have found an interest in becoming a lawyer like my Godmother. On the light side I would like to express myself in photography or journalism. I am working on my studying and note taking skills to strengthen my grades.
