Kate Callaghan '21 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball has been my passion since the minute I began playing. I have always pushed myself and continued to work hard on and off the court to become the best person and player I can be.

In the gym, I have started varsity all four years of high school, and a starter on my club teams. I am determined every day at practice to continually improve and challenge myself.

Outside of the gym, I am involved in Student Council and the schools' Athletic Advisory Council. I have kept a high GPA in the classes I am enrolled in and plan to be a Valedictorian at graduation.

My goal is to play competitive volleyball at the highest collegiate level possible. Continually I give my all in everything I do and make things fun while still getting the job done. For as long as I can remember working out and staying in shape has always been high on my list; I believe this characteristic helps guide me in practices during the season but helps remind me to continue to work in the off-season to grow as a player to help the team compete at the highest potential.
