Siena Roethler '23 Recruiting Profile

I have always been interested in continuing my volleyball career to the college level. My goals when it comes to playing college volleyball is finding the right fit with the college and team I decide to join. I want to accomplish things on the court as a team but also have fun and have a fun team dynamic. I am constantly in the gym working on improving  my skills but also my mental game. I work hard to be the leader on the court that my teammates feel they can look up to and talk to if they need help but also hold them accountable when needed. I love getting feedback and constructive criticism from my teammates as well as my coaches. I am very coachable and always try to implement their advice into my play.  I am a hard worker on the court as well as in the classroom.  I have a 4.0 as well as I am a member of the National Honors Society. I work very well with others and feel I am a very friendly person people feel they can open up to and get to know.  Overall I want to continue my volleyball career with a team that has same grit and drive to succeed.
