My name is Sophia Mitchell, and volleyball is my passion. As the captain of the Potomac Storm Volleyball Club's 15U Purple team, I take pride in leading my team both on and off the court. I have a versatile playing style, excelling as an Outside Hitter, Opposite Hitter, and Defensive Specialist. Standing at 5'10" with an approach touch of 9'2", I bring a combination of height, agility, and strategic gameplay to each match. With a strong academic record and a GPA of 4.0, I balance my dedication to volleyball with a commitment to my studies. My jersey number 21 represents my continuous drive and determination to give my best effort in every game. Volleyball has taught me the values of teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. I am constantly working to improve my skills and support my teammates, aiming to lead by example. My goal is to continue developing as a player and to contribute to the success of my team.
