Hi, I'm Sofia, and I have been playing volleyball since I was 6 years old. Volleyball has always been my dream ever since I started playing it, and I am very excited to continue my stride of playing volleyball in the future. I love to set a calm and comfortable environment with my teammates on and off the court to build long lasting relationships. I set the tone on the court with energy, communication, and focusing on the positives. When I'm on the court, you will most likely see me cheering even if we didn't win the point as everything you do can be seen as great. 

The things you do in volleyball might not end up in the way you want it too, but the whole point of the sport is that you have fun. The thought that I feel everyone needs to put in their heads about volleyball is that if it already happened, that means it's in the past, and you can't fix it, so shake it off. That is the mindset that everyone should have in volleyball, getting ready and energetic for the next point to come. When my team gets stuck in a hole, we just need to talk our way through it, as well as keep our heads up. I am very excited to keep my volleyball journey going, and can't wait to see what happens in the future!
