Hi, I’m Jillian Zukley. My goals as a college athlete are to have fun, keep improving my game, and hopefully lead my team to victory. Along with my height, my attitude is a great asset to a team. Being the team captain of my club team, I have great leadership qualities. I always bring the hype onto the court. Growing up playing, volleyball is a part of me now. I owe many aspects of personality to it. Volleyball has taught me persistence, teamwork, positivity, and most importantly, it's given me a passion. That's something not everyone can say. With passion, you can accomplish more than you would imagine. Goals have been very important to me not only as an athlete, but as a student as well. From improving my vertical jump to acing my upcoming test, there's always something I'm striving for. Academics are another thing I find important; I will never submit work until I know it's my best. I am never afraid to ask questions in class/practice and seek out the knowledge necessary to excel. I know I have the right combination of athletics, character, and academics to be a successful college athlete.
