My name is Ava Green and I am in the class of 2024. I fell in love with volleyball in the 7th grade. From there being able to play volleyball at the collegiate level has always been an ambition of mine since I was in the 7th grade. I really think that I devoted nearly all of my effort to improving both as a player and a teammate. Whether it's asking my coach for advice on how to improve after a poor play or assisting my teammates in becoming better players. My coaches in the two sports I play in believe I have a natural leadership ability. I've discovered that I can swiftly adjust to any circumstance that is thrown at my team and myself. In watching collegiate volleyball players as I become older, I see that as something I desire for myself. Being a college student and an athlete, I am aware that this requires greater responsibility and time management, but I am eager to take on the challenge. You as a coach wouldn't be dissatisfied with your decision if you decided to add me to your team. I don't mind working hard and making the sacrifices necessary to improve. I listen to whatever critique is offered to me and make the corrections.
