Dakota Rapson '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dakota Rapson, I am 5'9 and 150lb and I am a starting outside hitter on my junior varsity volleyball team at Cousino high school in Warren Michigan .I was recently pulled to play with varsity where I got a very generous amount of playing time and I played in tournaments and district games. I have had 4 years of experience before this year. I am a hard worker, a good student, and have high expectations for myself on and off the court. During the off season I attend as many volleyball camps as I can as well as one on one personal training, and position training. I'm very committed to volleyball and have a great attitude, however I understand that school comes first. With covid getting to the skill level I'm at was very challenging but rewarding in the end. Throughout the years, as I became more focused on volleyball I realized that I love it, and I enjoy getting to work with other girls on my team, and would like to do it for as long as I can while still being able to achieve what I want academically.
