Personal Statement

My name is Olivia Jolliffe and I am a 5'9" outside/middle hitter. Sophomore year I started every varsity game and was a 6-position rotational player. I had a great season and lead the team in kills which resulted in being awarded 1st team all conference and 3rd team all county. I had similar success my junior and senior year as well. Working hard on the volleyball court also paid off on the basketball court as I was the starting power forward on the varsity basketball team that went to the "Sweet Sixteen". My GPA is a 3.7 and I am a member of NHS. I am easily coachable, as well as a leader and a scrappy player. I work hard everyday to become a better athlete with the goal of playing college volleyball while pursuing a career in possibly exercise science and/or teaching.
