Around 4th grade I decided to pick up a volleyball for the first time and played with some of my friends. I instantly fell in love with the sport. I have learned many things about myself that I did not know through playing volleyball. I have learned I love meeting new people and participating in team activities. I have been told on the court and in the classroom that I have a great work ethic and leadership skills.
My goals for high school are to continue to have a high GPA and stay at the top of my class. With guidance from my family and my strong faith, I decided at a young age I want to help people in some way. I would like to go to college for Elementary Education because I love children and watching them grow. I believe I would go home everyday feeling satisfied with what I contributed to the world.
